Some pointers for whoever is controlling my body (demon, brain swap, time traveler, etc.)

Some pointers for whoever is controlling my body (demon, brain swap, time traveler, etc.) and needs to do so covertly to not blow their cover, and/or ease their transition into my current routine. These are all as of September 2019:
  • Show up to work before 10am. Sometimes I show up at 9:30, other times at 9:55. 10am is when we have a phone meeting so as long as you call into that you should be good.
  • My body is accustomed to consuming a medium sized coffee and a Nakéd smoothie for breakfast. You can purchase these from the café next to the office building, or the downstairs cafeteria inside of the office. I usually change up the flavor every morning, but my go-to is the Green Machine for all the nutrients.
  • Don't eat a big lunch because you'll get sleepy and won't be able to focus. Actually, I usually skip lunch and just work through 5pm.
  • I'm assuming if you are in control of my body you also have all of my knowledge. Like if I know how to program in javascript, you should also know how to program in javascript. All these pointers may be unnecessary; I just want you to feel comfort in knowing you are doing what I would normally do.
  • Your mind will drift off suddenly and without notice at multiple points in the day. Usually they are vivid memories or dreams. Sometimes they are fantasies. This is normal. Shake it off and go back to focusing on what you were doing.
  • After you get home from work you will feel a combination of exhaustion and restlessness. Direct this energy into your journal, music, or another artistic endeavour. Sometimes I just play video games all afternoon.
  • I usually have no plans for the weekends so you can do whatever you want. Don't spend a lot of money on eating out or junk food, but it's fun to splurge sometimes.
  • You don't own a car so you have to take the bus everywhere, or Uber if its late.
  • Call parents occasionally and tell them you are doing alright .
